Description
Event Day Attire: Please wear a festive or volunteering team shirt and nametag (available during check in). The event is mostly outside so dress comfortably and for the weather, layers are recommended as needed. Holiday accessories, hats, headbands, bows, etc. are strongly encouraged to help enhance the magic!
Shift Highlights: Event Set Up 7:00 – 9:00 AM – Greeting Families/Directing Traffic & Staffing Stations – Family & Agency Check In, Diapers & Wipes, Domino’s Pizza, Action Against Hunger, Loading Toys & Wrapping Kits, Merry Marketplace, Santa & Mrs. Clause, Facepainting & Crafts – Event Breakdown once all families have come through.
Note – If you speak Spanish please let the MOMS Committee know if you’re comfortable helping translate as needed.

FAQ:
- TUMC Campus Map attached for reference – Upon arrival follow Jimmie Crook Drive to the Sports Fields. The Youth Building will be after the Pickleball Courts as the road dead ends to a loop with plenty of unpaved parking.
- Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended as we’ll be doing a lot of moving around and be mostly outside on event day.
- All additional volunteers are welcome – Family, Friends, Coworkers, Church Groups – The more the merrier! Please reference Partner Volunteer Sign Up links for each day to let us know who to expect.
- Many of the MOMS Event tasks can be completed by children around 10 years and older but all family members are welcome to attend. The MOMS Committee will be available to sign off if your child (and/or their friends) need volunteer hours for school.
- Snacks and drinks will be provided. Refillable water bottles are recommended.
- Merry Marketplace donations (gently used items) can be brought to TUMC during Set Up Week or between 7:00 – 9:00 AM but we will not be able to accept donations once the event begins.
