Description
Tuesday morning shifts will be divided into the following locations to support loading and transporting all staged items to the Youth Building at TUMC. We are targeting to be to TUMC by 11:00 AM but may still be loading at the North/South Locations or be in transit with an arrival closer to Noon. Feel free to text to confirm logistic details as needed day of during the transport window and let us know what timing/location works best for you.
Shift Highlights: Load and deliver all staged event materials, supplies and prepurchased toys. Set up tables to utilize as much space as possible, prep toy category signs, help guide movers on where to drop items to limit double handling. Once fully unloaded we will begin opening boxes and sorting toys/items to set up our MOMS Pop Up Shop for Family Wish List Shopping.

FAQ:
- Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended as we’ll be doing a lot of moving around.
- All additional volunteers are welcome – Family, Friends, Coworkers, Church Groups – The more the merrier! Please reference the Partner Volunteer Sign Up link for each day to let us know who to expect.
- Many of the MOMS Set Up Week tasks can be completed by children around 10 years and older but all family members are welcome to attend. The MOMS Committee will be available to sign off if your child (and/or their friends) need volunteer hours for school.
- Snacks and drinks will be provided. Refillable water bottles are recommended.
